How Do I Book?

What Is The Difference Between Us Vs. A Broker?
Well, the true difference is that we actually own and operate the vehicles you are being transported on. The drivers are either part-time and full-time employees at Rocky Mountain Transportation. Pricing is accurate and you can be sure we have a vehicle availability for your trip when booking and live and breath transportation. What Information Is Needed For An Accurate Quote?
For an accurate quote the more complete information the better. Please enter all of the stops you are anticipating for your trip so that we can have the complete picture.
What is Your Billing Policy?
Our standard billing policy is to collect a 25% deposit to reserve your vehicle and the full payment 30-days before your trip. Failure to provide payment can result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes, our minimum rental time that you will be charge for is 4 hours.
What do I need to Provide for my driver?
Drivers food and drinks are covered, however, for overnight trips you do need to reserve lodging for your driver. Drivers require 8 hours of sleep for every 10 hours they drive, and booking everyone at the same hotel will makes pick-ups and drop-offs more streamlined. A small tip: If you let the hotel know you are traveling on a charter bus - they may offer you group discounts or free lodging for drivers. Also note: Driver gratuity is not including in the price, but highly recommended to tip your driver at the end of your trip.
